We are looking to hire a Site Manager for the province of Jaén. If you are interested in the position, do not hesitate to apply.
• Propose the best option for the contracting of work units and tasks with suppliers and subcontractors, based on the analysis of offers, and, once the proposal is approved, proceed with their contracting.
• Perform the economic analysis of the evolution of cost indicators for the works under their responsibility, verifying their alignment with the budget.
• Technically supervise all work units, in direct contact with the person in charge of the works.
• Schedule the works to be carried out, according to the works planning, organizing the assigned technical and administrative personnel.
Required Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering / Public Works / Master's in Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos).
Required Experience: 5 years in construction execution.
Essential Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in computer tools (Office, Autocad, Presto, Microsoft Project, Cype, BIM) and Occupational Risk Prevention.
Availability for frequent travel within the autonomous community.
Driving license B.
