We are looking to bring on a sanitation site manager for the Community of Madrid, with the following duties:

What you'll do

  • Propose to the works coordination manager the best option for contracting work units and jobs with suppliers and subcontractors, based on analysis of bids, and, once the proposal is approved, proceed with their contracting.
  • Carry out the economic analysis of the evolution of cost indicators for the works under their responsibility, verifying that they stay within budget.
  • Technically supervise all work units, in direct contact with the site foreman/woman.
  • Schedule the work to be carried out, according to the works planning, organizing the assigned technical and administrative staff.
  • Perform any other complementary task that, given their position, is necessary for the development of their duties.

Requirements

Academic background: Civil Engineering (Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos) or Master's in Civil Engineering or the corresponding accreditation, Technical Engineering in Public Works or Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.

Specific knowledge: Works planning. Accredited training as a professional in occupational risk prevention/occupational health and safety will be valued.

Experience: Experience in urban sanitation works will be valued.

Other: B1 driving license.
