Trainee Manager (Water Cycle Sector) - Balearic Islands - Llucmajor

We are looking for a Trainee Manager for the water service contract in the municipality of Llucmajor (Mallorca), who will carry out the following functions:

• Management of water supply and sanitation networks.
• Economic and financial management of the contract: monitoring profitability and debt indicators, overseeing revenue (tariff reviews, fraud detection, unpaid bills, works contracting, etc.) and expenses (personnel, energy, supplies, etc.), ensuring the profitability of the service.
• Supervision of compliance with safety and prevention measures.
• Preparation of technical reports for the client.

WINTER SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. / Friday: Continuous shift.

SUMMER SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: Continuous shift.

• REQUIRED EDUCATION: Engineering degree, preferably in Electronics / Automation.
• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Not required, although previous experience in the industrial water sector will be valued.
• REQUIRED SPECIFIC SKILLS:
• PLC programming.
• SCADA systems.
• VALUED SPECIFIC SKILLS:
• QGIS.
• Networking.
• LANGUAGES: Catalan and Spanish.
• PLACE OF RESIDENCE: Preferably on the island of Mallorca.
• SKILLS: Communication skills and teamwork.
• OTHER: Valid driving licence (B).
• AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL: Occasionally, to attend training sessions.

Estamos buscando un perfil de JEFE/A DE SERVICIO EN FORMACIÓN para que, en coordinación con la persona responsable del contrato del servicio de aguas del municipio de LLucmajor (Mallorca), realice las siguientes funciones:

• Gestión de redes de abastecimiento y saneamiento de aguas.
• Realizar el análisis económico de la evolución de los indicadores de rentabilidad y deuda de la contrata. Realizar actuaciones supervisadas sobre los ingresos (revisiones de tarifa, detección de fraudes, impagados, contratación de obra, etc.) y gastos (personal, energía, reactivos, etc.), con el fin de asegurar la rentabilidad del servicio.
• Supervisar el cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad y prevención de su servicio.
• Colaborar en la redacción de informes técnicos para el cliente
