• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in the management or operation of integrated water cycle services.
• Experience in supply, sanitation, and/or sewerage networks.

• Knowledge of maintenance and operation of hydraulic facilities.
• Experience in contract management and relationship with Public Administrations.

At onhunters, we are looking for a Water Supply and Sanitation Service Manager to join a company in the integrated water cycle sector in Granada. You will have a key role in the comprehensive management of the service, guaranteeing the continuity, quality, safety, and efficiency of the operation.

🚀 What will be your mission?

You will be the person responsible for the comprehensive management of the water supply and sanitation service, leading teams, supervising the operation of hydraulic networks and facilities, managing contracts and economic resources, and acting as the main interlocutor with the City Council. Additionally, you must anticipate possible incidents, drive technical and operational improvements, and detect opportunities for service development.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Assume full responsibility for the service, guaranteeing its correct functioning and the continuity of the provision.
• Direct and coordinate the operation of the water supply and sanitation service.
• Supervise drinking water, sanitation, and sewerage networks, as well as associated facilities.
• Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 4-5 operators.
• Organize internal resources and coordinate shared multidisciplinary teams.
• Plan and supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and networks.
• Manage incidents, breakdowns, and emergency situations, mobilizing the necessary resources.
• Monitor operational, quality, efficiency, consumption, and cost KPIs.
• Manage the economic monitoring of the contract and propose optimization measures.
• Coordinate contractor companies, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Supervise compliance with contractual obligations and the commitments made with the Administration.
• Guarantee compliance with applicable regulations regarding water, environment, OSH, and safety.
• Analyze operational problems and lead the implementation of technical solutions and improvements.
• Prepare activity, results, incident, and economic evolution reports for the Operations Management.
• Maintain professional interlocution with the City Council, its managers, technicians, and other representatives.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, expansion, and service development.
• Participate in the detection of new business opportunities when necessary.
• Represent the company within the scope of the contract, conveying technical solvency and customer orientation.
• Have the availability and schedule flexibility necessary to attend to incidents, breakdowns, and extraordinary situations.
