You will provide support for:
Coordination of business activities (CAE) with contractors and subcontractors. Maintenance of the database of clients who have CAE and management of subcontractor documentation. Active collaboration with the CAE platform and the company.
Collaboration in the preparation of technical-legal documentation for the In-house Prevention Service: assessment, planning, emergency plans, hygiene reports, safety instructions, etc.
Visits to company facilities to review health and safety conditions.
Documentary control of workers' receipts, fitness letters, and online training, as well as their filing.
Monday to Thursday: 08:15 - 17:30.
Friday: 08:00 - 15:00.
