Occupational Risk Prevention Technician - Industrial Plant

• What are we looking for in you? University degree in Engineering or related technical qualifications. Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with all three specialties. Valuable experience in the chemical, fine chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar industrial sectors. Experience working directly in the plant and in contact with production, operations, or maintenance. Solid knowledge in preventive management and coordination of business activities (CAE). Experience in document management and monitoring of safety procedures. Valuable knowledge in industrial safety, ATEX, or self-protection plans. High capacity for communication and influence with different stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously and make decisions.

• What will your functions be? Manage and guarantee compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations in the plant. Monitor preventive activities, risk assessments, and action plans. Supervise the correct application of safety measures and the use of PPE. Coordinate business activities with external companies and contractors. Manage and keep all required preventive documentation up to date. Provide training and foster a preventive culture close to the plant teams. Collaborate with the Production, Engineering, and Maintenance departments in the identification and mitigation of risks. Participate in continuous improvement projects related to industrial safety and prevention.
