Requirements

What we're looking for

  • University education in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering, or related degrees.
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in reviewing plans, construction site monitoring, and/or implementation of retail points of sale.

What you'll do

  • Define and keep the presentation guide for Points of Sale up to date, ensuring its correct implementation by the regional construction teams.
  • Provide support to the different departments to define and improve the standard for the implementation of Points of Sale, seeking its alignment with the international directives of the ALDI Nord group.
  • Review construction plans together with the departments involved, ensuring validations are carried out and detecting possible incidents.
  • Verify that the documentation related to the plans is updated, correctly organized, and archived.
  • Search for new suppliers, as well as improvements and optimizations in collaborations with existing suppliers.
  • Carry out follow-up on the execution of work carried out by suppliers providing services to other departments in newly opened stores, verifying quality and compliance with the defined standards.
  • Carry out site visits and visits to newly opened stores with the departments involved, checking the progress of the phases and the correct application of the processes.
  • Propose improvements in construction techniques and materials, aimed at optimizing costs, energy efficiency, and quality.
  • Collaborate with different departments in improving the implementation of the Point of Sale and the shopping experience.
