We are looking for an Electronic Engineer Project Manager to work on the industrialization of new products in the industrial sector.

• You will manage and coordinate industrialization projects for new electronic products, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and deliverables.
• You will coordinate the different teams involved in the project: design, production, quality, purchasing, and suppliers.
• You will collaborate with design teams to adapt prototypes and ensure their manufacturability (DFM/DFA).
• You will monitor the manufacturing and assembly of PCB/PCA, identifying incidents and opportunities for improvement.
• You will manage the relationship and follow-up with suppliers, participating in their selection, validation, and monitoring of quality and deadlines.
• You will coordinate the resolution of technical problems during the different industrialization phases.
• You will participate in the definition and monitoring of product testing, defect analysis, and corrective actions.
• You will be the connection point between the design, production, quality, and supplier teams, facilitating communication and decision-making.
• You will monitor the status of projects, identifying risks, blockers, and deviations, and proposing actions to resolve them.
• You will participate in the continuous improvement of industrialization processes, seeking to optimize costs, quality, and efficiency.

• You will have a flexible schedule.
• You will have a PC and the necessary peripherals for the development of your work.
• You will work at the client's offices in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

• Electronic engineering or related degrees.
• Fluent English at a conversational level.
• At least 2 years of experience in electronics projects, industrialization, or electronic product development.
• Experience in the design and/or industrialization of PCB/PCA.
• Experience in testing and validation of electronic boards.
• Experience with Altium and/or Cadence.
• Experience coordinating different teams or stakeholders within a project.
• Ability to manage suppliers and monitor deadlines and deliverables.
• Fluent English at a conversational level.
• Organizational, communication, and project monitoring skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, communicative person oriented toward problem-solving.
