Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical training. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical inspection or field quality roles. GD&T: Expert proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and interpretation of technical drawings. Regulations: Solid knowledge of international standards such as ASME, API, AWS, and ISO.
Languages: Fluent English level.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the physical validation of parts and technical supervision directly at supplier and client facilities, ensuring the highest standards of technical and regulatory quality.
Operational Parts Validation: Direct execution of quality inspections in
the production line and workshop.
Dimensional Control: Performing technical measurements using precision tools and 3D metrology equipment.
Supplier Management: On-site technical supervision, detection of deviations in
real time, and management of defect containment.
Special Process Inspection: Validation of welding, heat
treatments, coatings, and non-destructive testing (VT, PT, MT, UT).
Technical Documentation: Management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), preparation of
Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and maintenance of traceability.
