Main duties
· Integrally manage the payroll cycle for a personal client portfolio, with a minimum volume of 250 payrolls.
· Perform affiliation movements in the Social Security: registrations, cancellations, data variations, and other related procedures.
· Prepare and review payroll, settlements, liquidations, and labor documentation.
· Manage social insurance, contributions, and taxes related to the labor field.
· Master the labor management of self-employed workers and know their administrative and tax particularities.
· Advise the client portfolio directly, resolving queries and incidents and offering solutions adapted to each situation.
· Guarantee compliance with current labor and Social Security regulations.
· Organize and supervise the tasks of the assigned portfolio, working with autonomy and ensuring service quality.
