The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in the management of labor relations, ensuring compliance with current regulations and offering a high-quality advisory service.
- Full management of the labor cycle: Registrations, terminations, and modifications in Social Security.
- Preparation and review of payroll, including settlements, indemnities, and complex salary calculations.
- Preparation and management of employment contracts, extensions, and renewals.
- Labor advisory to employees and managers regarding regulations, application of collective agreements, and internal procedures.
- Management of incidents related to absences, temporary disability (IT), maternity/paternity, vacations, and leaves.
- Processing of social security through Sistema RED and Siltra.
- Management of IRPF certificates, company certificates, and control of withholdings.
- Regular contact with official bodies such as SEPE, TGSS, and the Labor Inspectorate.
