The role

We are selecting a Labor Technician to join the HR Department at our central services located in L´Hospitalet de Llobregat.

What you'll do

  • Manage the entire payroll cycle (calculation, social security, IRPF, advances, etc.) for personnel on assignment and manage cost margins.

  • Control of the KPIs established by the Department (control of hires/terminations, affiliation, contracting, certification, etc.)

  • Telephone assistance and procedural advice to the delegations. Advice on immigration matters regarding work permits for personnel on assignment. Advice on collective agreements.

  • Manage wage garnishments for personnel on assignment.

How you'll work

  • We offer full-time employment from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00, and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.
