What you'll do

Management and improvement of overall plant productivity.

Implementation and management of OEE through our MES system (Mapex)

Optimization of production processes

Making proposals and implementing industrial projects

Incentive system linked to productivity. Management and improvements.

Implementation of work methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, SMED, improvement groups,...)

Industry 4.0 implementation: Big data and advanced analytics, digital traceability, data capture (IoT), Artificial Intelligence, automation, etc.

Industry 5.0 vision: people, sustainability and resilience

Collaboration with the Maintenance Department (OEE improvement, TPM implementation,...)
