Senior Integrated Management System Technician

What do we expect from you?

• University degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Risk Prevention, Industrial Organization, or related studies.
• Specific training in Management Systems based on UNE-EN ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in functions related to integrated management systems, as well as experience in industrial environments with production processes.
• Solid knowledge in quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management.
• Experience in internal and external audits, non-conformity management, and monitoring of action plans.
• Driving license B and Catalan level C1 or equivalent.
• Professional competencies such as: analytical capacity and problem-solving orientation; technical rigor and high organizational capacity; proactivity and orientation towards continuous improvement; communication and transversal work skills.

At Marlex People, we collaborate with an important company in the concrete precast construction sector, headquartered in Mollerussa, which wants to incorporate a Senior Integrated Management System Technician profile.

You will be responsible for driving, consolidating, and evolving the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring its alignment with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, with a special focus on the effective integration of Occupational Health and Safety into all company processes. Their main mission will be to turn the management system into a real, practical working tool oriented towards continuous improvement, promoting the involvement of different teams and ensuring that regulatory requirements are translated into the organization's day-to-day operations.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Develop and consolidate the Integrated Management System, maintaining, updating, and driving the evolution of the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, monitoring the processes, objectives, indicators, risks, and opportunities associated with the system. You will also be responsible for updating documentation, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring their effective application.
• Provide technical leadership in Health and Safety (ISO 45001), actively participating in the consolidation and maturity of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. You will monitor incidents, accidents, preventive observations, and resulting corrective actions, and provide support to area managers in integrating prevention into operational processes, driving improvement initiatives that reinforce the preventive culture and contribute to reducing occupational risks.
• Coordinate audits and drive continuous improvement, planning, preparing, and coordinating internal and external IMS audits. Manage non-conformities, observations, and identified opportunities for improvement. Analyze the causes of deviations and lead the definition of corrective and preventive measures. Monitor action plans until their implementation and verification of effectiveness.
• Develop transversal work and support Management and Collaborate continuously with Production, Maintenance, Technical Office, Human Resources and the rest of the organization's areas. Advise process managers on quality, environment, and health and safety. Prepare reports, indicators, and monitoring documentation for Management and the management bodies. Promote a corporate culture based on quality, sustainability, prevention, and continuous improvement.
