The role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Test Technician to support the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of advanced electronic assemblies and systems. This role is critical to ensuring product performance, reliability, and quality throughout development and production phases. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical experience, solid diagnostic skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
• Perform functional, validation, and acceptance testing of electronic assemblies and PCBAs.
• Execute test procedures, record data, and document results in accordance with internal quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic failures down to the component level.
• Support product development, verification testing, and production testing activities.
• Operate and maintain electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, signal generators, and data acquisition systems.
• Assist engineers with test setup development, fixture assembly, and process improvements.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and quality procedures.
• Identify and escalate recurring test failures or process issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within test operations.
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electronic testing within a manufacturing, industrial, or high-reliability environment. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all test data and documentation.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a deadline-driven environment.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to work in a laboratory or production environment.
