  • Learning design: Design engaging, audience-appropriate learning experiences and materials using adult learning and instructional design principles across live, virtual and self-directed formats.
  • Delivery and facilitation: Coordinate and deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops and learning programmes, including facilitator preparation, learner communications and delivery logistics.
  • Programme execution: Manage assigned initiatives from brief through implementation, ensuring clear milestones, stakeholder alignment, compliant review, timely delivery and effective use of resources.
  • Launch readiness: Support the development and execution of launch learning plans that build the knowledge, skills and confidence required by medical teams.
  • Quality and compliance: Maintain high standards for scientific accuracy, learner experience, accessibility and compliance, identifying and resolving quality issues with relevant stakeholders.
  • Measurement and improvement: Gather learner feedback and use available data to assess participation, effectiveness and opportunities to improve future learning interventions.
  • AI-enabled workbench: Use approved AI and digital tools to support research, drafting, content adaptation, quality checks and learner personalisation, applying appropriate human oversight and company standards.
  • Therapeutic area focus: Work within a specific therapeutic area under the guidance of the relevant Global Medical Director, while sharing approaches and learning across the wider medical training team to strengthen consistency and scale.

You may be required to support the following tasks
