What we're looking for

Commercial experience (from internships/1-2 years to a consolidated profile) in media, advertising, marketing, or B2B services.
Strong commercial orientation, towards results and business development.
Communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
Regular use of office automation tools
Residency in Marbella or surrounding areas.

Nice to have

Experience in advertising sales (radio, digital, outdoor) or in agencies/buying groups.
Knowledge of the advertising market in the area and the local business landscape.
Experience in multiplatform solutions and affinity for audio content.
Intermediate level of English.

The role

Are you passionate about sales and communication? Atresmedia Radio, the radio division of the Atresmedia Group, integrates the stations Onda Cero, Europa FM, and Melodía FM, with a wide range of audio content, digital platforms, and special actions. We are looking for a Sales Executive in Marbella.

What you'll do

Manage, retain, and develop a client portfolio (direct clients and agencies) in Marbella and the surrounding areas.
Prospect and open new markets, identifying new clients and investment opportunities both locally and across the network.
Design and present personalized commercial proposals (spots, sponsorships, special actions, events, branded content).
Negotiate and close agreements within the company's commercial policies.
Follow up on campaigns and report results, keeping the CRM and commercial information up to date.
Collaborate with the team and other areas of the Group on special projects and multiplatform actions.
