The role

We are looking to hire a ROUTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join the sales team of a consolidated company in the HORECA sector, specializing in the distribution and commercialization of a wide portfolio of products for the hospitality and catering industry.

We are looking for a person with a clear commercial orientation, accustomed to working directly with clients, visiting establishments, and developing a business portfolio through the sale of different references and product categories.

We are not just looking for a prospecting profile: we want to hire a person capable of managing, retaining, and growing a client portfolio, identifying sales opportunities, and increasing the value of each account.

Upon starting, you will have your own client portfolio which you must grow, care for, and create synergies within.

What you'll do

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Manage an assigned sales route, performing periodic visits to clients in the HORECA channel.
Maintain and develop a client portfolio, mainly hospitality, catering, and related businesses.
Detect client needs and propose solutions adapted to their activity.
Carry out the sale of a wide portfolio of references, working with different categories and products.
Promote cross-selling and increase turnover per client.
Acquire new clients within the assigned area.
Follow up on orders, needs, and commercial opportunities.
Negotiate commercial conditions within the company's guidelines.
Retain clients through close and recurring contact.
Analyze the evolution of the portfolio and detect growth opportunities.
Keep commercial information up to date and report on the activity performed.
