Medical Management Internship - Networks and Providers

The main objective of Medical Management is the management of providers and network processes related to Health.

In this case, the role we are looking for will have a direct contribution to business objectives by supporting the planning and management of provider demand by the territory, analyzing capillarity based on the care levels established in each area, and reviewing invoices from hospitals and medical centers to achieve the savings targets set in the annual plan.

• Provide cross-functional support to the Health network management and Care Management team in those tasks that require medical knowledge (negotiations, medical criteria for authorizations, etc.).
• Support in the review and updating of the Nomenclator of Medical Procedures in some specialties.
• Collaboration in the medical-technical review of hospital billing, detecting possible fraud and abuse (review of invoices based on the medical reports of hospital admissions).
  

• Student of Medicine, Nursing and/or related postgraduate studies.
• Operational level of English.
• Being in the final year of a university degree or currently pursuing a postgraduate degree or similar will be valued.
• Having enjoyed an Erasmus scholarship or similar will be valued.
• It is essential to have passed 100% of the credits enrolled in the year prior to the scholarship application.

El principal objetivo de Gestión Médica es la gestión de los proveedores y procesos de redes que tienen que ver con Salud.

En este caso, el rol que buscamos tendrá contribución directa en los objetivos de negocio mediante el apoyo a la planificación y gestión de la demanda de proveedores por parte del territorio, el análisis de capilaridad en base a los niveles asistenciales establecidos en cada zona y la revisión de facturas de hospitales y centros médicos para lograr los objetivos de ahorro establecidos en el plan anual.

• Dar apoyo transversal al equipo de gestión de redes de Salud y de Gestión Asistencial en aquellas tareas para las que se requiere conocimiento médico (negociaciones, criterio médico de las autorizaciones, etc.).
• Apoyo en la revisión y puesta el día del Nomenclator de Actos Médicos en algunas especialidades.
• Colaboración en la revisión médico-técnica de la facturación hospitalaria, detectando posibles fraudes y abusos (revisión de las facturas en base los informes médicos de los ingresos hospitalarios).
  

• Estudiante de Medicina, Enfermeria y/o postgrado relacionado.
• Nivel operativo de inglés.
• Se valorará encontrarse en el último curso de titulación universitaria o estar realizando algún posgrado o similar.
• Se valorará haber disfruta de beca Erasmus o similar.
• Imprescindible haber superado el 100% de los créditos matriculados en el año anterior a la solicitud de la beca.
