Main duties and requirements.

What you'll do


Responsibilities:

  1.  Care for the injured worker and their recovery, using in-house and contracted resources (Company Collaborating with the Social Security system in managing the occupational contingency) or through the mutual insurance company.

  2.  Health surveillance, through the application of standardized protocols, systematically and in a planned manner, with the aim of early detection of health damage that may be caused by working conditions and health conditions that may be aggravated by them. Avoid assigning tasks incompatible with the person's health condition.

  3.  Coordination with the technical area of the Prevention Service to understand the jobs, risk factors, and their effects on health.

  4.  Health promotion: campaigns and programs for healthy habits that boost employees' personal health resources.

  5.  Clinical consultations, determining whether the damage may be work-related (work accident or occupational disease) or a common contingency.

  6. Inform the Company of the need to adopt preventive measures and the type of measures to be taken. In particular, promote the adaptations needed in the workplace in cases of special sensitivity to its conditions, regardless of the origin of that special sensitivity. Adapt the work to the person.

  7. Provide first aid and emergency care when necessary.
