Internship in Health Operations and Provider Management

Are you interested in learning how the medical network management that makes healthcare possible for thousands of people works?

You will be part of the Operations team, in the Health branch, contributing to the analysis and optimization of the care network and healthcare providers. Your work will help ensure that the medical services offered to insured individuals maintain high standards of care quality, sustainability, and efficiency.

The insurance sector, and especially the health branch, is evolving towards models increasingly oriented toward data analysis, efficient management of healthcare resources, and the continuous improvement of the care experience.

This internship will allow you to develop a transversal vision of the healthcare ecosystem, collaborating with specialized teams in medical management, care networks, and health processes, while applying your knowledge of the healthcare field in a business environment with real impact.

You will have the opportunity to understand how medical networks are designed and managed, how care services are evaluated, and how the quality of care is guaranteed from a technical-healthcare perspective.

- Provide support to the Medical Management and Care Management team in tasks requiring knowledge of the healthcare field.

- Collaborate in the analysis and monitoring of healthcare provider demand across different territories.

- Participate in studies on the capillarity and care coverage of medical networks.

- Support the review and update of the Nomenclator of Medical Acts across different specialties.

- Collaborate in the technical-healthcare review of hospital billing and associated clinical documentation.

- Analyze medical information related to hospital admissions to verify its consistency with the billed activity.

- Participate in initiatives oriented toward process improvement and the optimization of healthcare provider management.

No prior professional experience is required.

Interest in healthcare management, care processes, and the organization of health services.
Ability to interpret healthcare documentation and basic medical terminology.
Operational level of English.

Analytical capacity.

Attention to detail and quality orientation.

Organization and rigor in the handling of information.

Initiative to collaborate on transversal projects and processes.
