  • Lead the technical-commercial process in the evaluation and underwriting of property damage business, ensuring quality and compliance with internal policies.
  • Comprehensively manage a specialized portfolio, mainly in International Programs and Renewable Energy Risks.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and commercial teams, providing technical support and sharing knowledge to optimize service to intermediaries and clients.
  • Provide technical training to channels and internal teams throughout the national territory.
  • Maintain effective communication with distribution and intermediary teams nationwide, ensuring clarity and satisfaction in service.
  • Conduct monthly monitoring of quotes and closed business.
  • Participate in underwriting and claims committees, providing technical support and ensuring coherence with company policies.

What we're looking for

  • Education in Engineering or related studies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property damage underwriting, preferably in International Programs and Renewable Energy Risks, in insurance companies, intermediaries, construction or energy companies, or loss adjustment firms.
  • Upper-intermediate/advanced level of English and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, lead, and motivate, with initiative and results orientation.
  • Proactive, responsible person committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
