• Lead the technical-commercial process in the evaluation and underwriting of property business, ensuring quality and compliance with internal policies.
• Comprehensively manage a specialized portfolio, mainly in International Programs and Renewable Energy Risks.
• Collaborate with underwriting and commercial teams, providing technical support and sharing knowledge to optimize service to intermediaries and clients.
• Deliver technical training to channels and internal teams throughout the national territory.
• Maintain effective communication with distribution teams and intermediaries at a national level, guaranteeing clarity and satisfaction in service.
• Perform monthly monitoring of quotes and closed business.
• Participate in underwriting and claims committees, offering technical support and guaranteeing consistency with company policies.

• Degree in Engineering or related studies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property underwriting, preferably in International Programs and Renewable Energy Risks, in insurance companies, intermediaries, construction or energy companies, or loss adjusting firms.
• Medium/high level of English and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational, numerical analysis, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team, lead and motivate, with initiative and results orientation.
• Proactive, responsible person committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
