The profile of TECHNICAL CENTER MANAGER OF THE CENTRAL TERRITORIAL DIRECTORATE will be responsible for leading a team of non-life underwriters, coordinating and supervising said team to achieve the results set by the entity's management.

Some of the more specific functions of a TECHNICAL CENTER MANAGER OF THE CENTRAL TERRITORIAL DIRECTORATE:

Promote the professional development of the team to achieve the objectives, maximizing the value contribution to the internal client and the value contribution to the business, as well as promoting a management style aligned with Reale's values that facilitates maintaining a good working environment at the Center

Monitor compliance with the objectives set by the company and define guidelines to correct deviations together with the Business Controller.

Detect and seek out new market niches.

Accompany colleagues from the sales network on periodic visits to intermediaries.

Analyze and underwrite risks in the case of specific operations due to the economic volume involved or the possible risks to ensure compliance with internal regulations.

We are looking for professionals with a university degree related to a Technical Department: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Sciences, or Engineering

Regarding experience, at least 5 years of experience in the position or a similar one is required, as well as knowledge of underwriting policies in the insurance sector.

Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required.

Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.

Having a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher will be valued.

El perfil de RESPONSABLE DE CENTRO TECNICO DE LA DIRECCION TERRITORIAL DE CENTRAL se encargará de Liderar un equipo de suscriptores de ramos de no vida, coordinando y supervisando dicho equipo para la obtención de los resultados marcados por la dirección de la entidad.

Algunas de las funciones más específicas de un/a RESPONSABLE DE CENTRO TECNICO DE LA DIRECCION TERRITORIAL DE CENTRAL:

Impulsar el desarrollo profesional del equipo para conseguir el cumplimiento de los objetivos, maximizando la aportación del valor al cliente interno y la aportación de valor al negocio, así como promover un estilo de dirección alineado con los valores de Reale que facilite el mantenimiento de un buen clima laboral en el Centro

Controlar el cumplimiento de los objetivos marcados por la empresa y definir directrices para corregir desviaciones junto con el Business Controller.

Detectar y buscar nuevos nichos de mercado.

Acompañar a los compañeros de la red comercial en visitas periódicas a mediadores.

Analizar y suscribir riesgos en caso de operaciones específicas en razón del volumen económico implicado o los riesgos posibles para velar por el cumplimiento de las normas internas.

Buscamos profesionales que cuenten con titulación universitaria vinculada con un Departamento Técnico: Licenciatura en ADE, Ciencias Actuariales o Ingeniería

Sobre la experiencia, será necesario aportar experiencia en el puesto o similar de al menos 5 años, así como aportar conocimiento de políticas de suscripción del sector asegurador.

También es necesario aportar conocimiento avanzado de Power BI, Excel y PowerPoint.

Inglés nivel medio escrito y hablado.

Se valorará estar en disposición del Certificado de Discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.
