Settlement Process Analyst – SME

• Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Accounting, or disciplines related to the organization.

• More than 3 years of experience in billing.

• Analytical capacity, attention to detail, and the ability to identify patterns and solve problems in a structured manner.

• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ideally, knowledge of AWS and Salesforce.

• Ideally, experience with data analysis, SQL, BI tools, or automation.

At Axpo Iberia, we are looking for an analytical person to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of our electricity and gas settlement processes for the SME segment, combining operational experience with a continuous improvement mindset. • Execute and supervise electricity and gas settlement processes for the SME segment.

• Analyze deviations, incidents, and recurring problems, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.

• Review existing procedures and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes.

• Lead or support the implementation and monitoring of process improvements.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams on system changes, testing, and process improvements.

• Maintain and update process documentation and controls.
