CAE Operations Manager

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Law, or equivalent training.

• Experience in documentary, administrative, or contractual management.

• Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

• Organizational capacity, attention to detail, and simultaneous management of multiple processes subject to deadlines.

• Ideally, knowledge of the Energy Savings Certificate (CAE) system or energy efficiency regulation.

• Ideally, experience with ERP systems and process automation tools.

At Axpo Iberia, we are looking for a person to comprehensively coordinate our Energy Savings Certificate (CAE) operations: from generation, purchase, and sale to the documentary and administrative monitoring of each file. If you are motivated by order, precision, and coordination with different teams and external agents, we would love to meet you.

• Coordinate the generation, purchase, sale, and redemption of Energy Savings Certificates (CAE), monitoring volumes, deadlines, and documentation.

• Act as a coordination point with verifiers, technical offices, delegated subjects, and other external agents involved in the files.

• Control deadlines, requirements, and responses associated with each file, following up until its resolution and closure.

• Manage the administrative-financial monitoring of operations: contracts, invoicing, payments, collections, and reporting to Accounting.

• Keep internal records updated and ensure the correct documentary traceability of operations and contracts.

• Collaborate transversally with the business, legal, purchasing, finance, and accounting teams to guarantee effective coordination of processes.
