Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in power generation projects, preferably in combined cycle plants (CCGT).
Experience in conceptual engineering, FEED, EPC, and/or Owner’s Engineer services.
Solid knowledge of power systems, electrical generation, transformers, MV/LV distribution, protections, and auxiliary electrical systems.
Ability to perform technical reviews, evaluate engineering solutions, and issue technical recommendations autonomously.
Experience in the preparation and review of technical documentation, specifications, and engineering studies.
High level of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to work in international environments and multidisciplinary teams.
Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving profile.

We get involved in a wide variety of projects, working with the most innovative clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

We are selecting a Senior Electrical Engineer (Combined Cycle Plants) to join a long-term project within the power generation sector in Madrid. The selected person will be part of a multidisciplinary team participating in large-scale industrial projects, contributing their electrical engineering expertise throughout the various project phases. A hybrid modality, stability, and participation in high-impact projects at both national and international levels are offered.

What you'll do

Participate in the development and review of electrical engineering for power generation projects.
Perform technical studies, analysis, and validation of engineering solutions.
Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, and equipment requisitions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during the various phases of the projects.
Evaluate technical proposals and provide support in EPC bidding processes.
Supervise compliance with technical standards, regulations, and project requirements.
Identify technical risks and propose solutions to optimize project design and execution.
Participate in engineering reviews and in coordination with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
