Urban Installations Technician

Location [Madrid] - Modality [On-site] - Contract [Permanent] - Section [civil engineering]

We are looking to hire an URBAN INSTALLATIONS TECHNICIAN to join our team for a civil engineering project in Madrid, participating in projects of a national and international nature and high technical demand.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to developing solutions that respond to real challenges on a global scale, working alongside specialized teams.

· Preparation of monitoring reports.

· Detection and analysis of anomalies and proposal of solutions.

· Verification of the adequacy and functioning of systems and materials.

· Coordination with the construction company and the various agents involved in the works.

· Support in the planning and monitoring of maintenance.

· Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technical Engineering, or any other equivalent qualification that legally enables the performance of the work.

· At least 5 years of experience as a specialist technician in surface urban installations, in civil engineering technical assistance contracts, or in civil engineering construction companies.

· Experience in, at least, one urbanization project.

· Experience in installations such as drainage, electricity, lighting, traffic signaling, photovoltaic/geothermal installations, water supply, irrigation, etc.

Buscamos incorporar un/a TÉCNICO/A DE INSTALACIONES URBANAS para formar parte de nuestro equipo en un proyecto de obra civil en Madrid, participando en proyectos de carácter nacional e internacional y alta exigencia técnica.

Tendrás la oportunidad de contribuir al desarrollo de soluciones que dan respuesta a desafíos reales a escala global, trabajando junto a equipos especializados.

· Elaboración de informes de seguimiento.

· Detección y análisis de anomalías y propuesta de soluciones.

· Comprobación de la adecuación y funcionamiento de sistemas y materiales.

· Coordinación con la constructora y los distintos agentes implicados en obra.

· Apoyo en la planificación y seguimiento del mantenimiento.

· Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Técnica Industrial o cualquier otra titulación equivalente que habilite legalmente para la realización de los trabajos.

· Al menos 5 años de experiencia como técnico/a especialista en instalaciones urbanas de superficie, en contratos de asistencia técnica a obra civil o en empresas constructoras de obra civil.

· Experiencia en, al menos, una obra de urbanización.

· Experiencia en instalaciones como drenaje, electricidad, alumbrado, semaforización, instalaciones fotovoltaicas/geotérmicas, abastecimiento de agua, riego, etc.
