#Impulsa Infrastructure Technician Internship

Throughout this internship, you will train by performing the following functions:

• Documentary and administrative control: Management of plans, licenses, technical data sheets, and procedures with the administration.

• Procurement and purchasing: Requesting quotes, price comparisons, reviewing offers, and placing orders (maintenance and renovations).

• Cost control: Reviewing supplier certifications, processing invoices, and monitoring the project budget.

• Planning and Reporting: Support in project monitoring and preparation of progress reports/presentations (weekly/monthly).

What do we need from you? / What do you need to carry in your backpack?

• Education: Degree or Vocational Training in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering (focus on installations)

• Language: High level of English (B2/C1).

• Knowledge: AutoCAD (PLUS), MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

• And lots of curiosity and a desire to learn!

• Paid internship with €900/month and up to 1 month in duration.

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00h to 18:00h and Friday from 8:00h to 15:00h.

• Summer schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00h to 15:00h (July and August).

• 1 day of remote work per week.

• Workplace at our corporate offices in Madrid.

A lo largo de esta beca, te formarás realizando las siguientes funciones:

• Control documental y administrativo:Gestión de planos, licencias, fichas técnicas y trámites con la administración.

• Aprovisionamiento y compras:Solicitud de presupuestos, comparativas de precios, revisión de ofertas y realización de pedidos (mantenimiento y reformas).

• Control de costes:Revisión de certificaciones de proveedores, tramitación de facturas y seguimiento del presupuesto del proyecto.

• Planificación y Reporting:Apoyo en el seguimiento de proyectos y elaboración de informes/presentaciones de avance (semanales/mensuales).

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? / ¿Qué tienes que llevar en tu mochila?

• Formación: Grado o FP en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura o Ingeniería Industrial (enfoque en instalaciones)

• Idioma: Nivel de inglés alto (B2/C1).

• Conocimientos: AutoCAD (PLUS), MS Excel y PowerPoint.

• ¡Y muchísima curiosidad y ganas de aprender!

• Prácticas remuneradas con 900€/mes y de hasta 1 mes de duración.

• Horario: Lunes a Jueves de 9:00h a 18:00h y Viernes de 8:00h a 15:00h.

• Horario de verano: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00h a 15:00h (julio y agosto).

• 1 día de teletrabajo a la semana.

• Centro de trabajo en nuestras oficinas corporativas en Madrid.
