What you'll do
We are looking for professionals with a solid technical foundation and a firm commitment to excellence:
Legal advisory in matters of Civil, Commercial and Corporate Law.
Coordination of procedures with notary offices, registries and public bodies.
Management and monitoring of legal documentation signing processes.
Administration of corporate digital certificates (Camerfirma and FNMT).
Legal support to the various business areas of the Ayesa Group.
