What we're looking for

-Higher Level Vocational Training in IT and Communications (ASIR or equivalent), or equivalent training and professional experience.

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced technical support or End User Services; experience in VIP support, complex incident resolution, workstation administration, and Microsoft 365/Intune environments will be especially valued.

-Essential knowledge

· Windows 10/11 and advanced troubleshooting.

· Microsoft 365.

· Microsoft Intune.

· Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory.

· PowerShell oriented towards support and administration tasks.

· Incident and request management in corporate environments.

· Knowledge of security and workstation management.

· Technical English.

The role

We are looking to hire an END USER SERVICES SENIOR TECHNICIAN to join our team, participating in projects of a national and international nature and high technical demand.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to developing solutions that respond to real challenges on a global scale, working alongside specialized teams.

What you'll do

· Provide advanced technical support to users, both on-site and remotely.

· Provide specialized attention and support to VIP users.

· Act as an escalation point for the resolution of complex technical incidents.

· Diagnose and resolve incidents related to Windows, Microsoft 365, devices, corporate applications, authentication, and connectivity.

· Perform administration and support tasks on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.

· Perform automation and optimization tasks using PowerShell.

· Participate in projects and deployments related to Modern Workplace.

· Prepare and maintain procedures and technical documentation.

· Collaborate in the identification and resolution of recurring problems and in the continuous improvement of the service.

· Provide specialized technical support to other End User Services teams when necessary.
