Junior Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a lawyer specialized in Commercial Law, with experience in corporate advisory and commercial contracting, who wants to join an expanding legal team. The position offers direct exposure to clients and partners, also participating in Real Estate and Civil Law matters within a dynamic and flexible environment.

Your mission will be to provide specialized advisory in Corporate Law, participating in corporate operations, commercial contracting, and matters linked to the real estate and civil fields. The selected person will work with clients from different sectors, providing adapted legal solutions and guaranteeing regulatory compliance in all matters under their responsibility.
Reporting directly to the head of the area, you will carry out (among others) the following responsibilities and functions:

• Ongoing advisory services in Commercial Law matters;
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts;
• Participation in corporate transactions and corporate reorganizations;
• Preparation of corporate documentation and monitoring of corporate agreements;
• Legal advisory services in transactions related to the real estate sector;
• Participation in succession matters and other civil law issues related to the firm's practice;
• Coordination with other team members to ensure comprehensive service to clients;
• Monitoring regulatory changes and preparing legal reports when necessary.

• Recognized Spanish firm with international specialization

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law;
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Corporate Law acquired in law firms or specialized firms;
• Solid experience in corporate advisory and commercial contracting;
• Valuable knowledge in Real Estate Law, succession matters, and other complementary civil law areas;
• Advanced English level.
