Civil and Railway Construction Watchman

Location [Madrid] - Modality [On-site] - Section [Works Supervision]

Perform the surveillance and monitoring of the works executed on-site, verifying their correct execution.

Supervise the different civil works units, checking their adequacy to the plans and technical specifications of the project.

Control the progress of the works and perform the monitoring of the activities developed in the field.

Identify and communicate incidents, deviations, or possible non-compliances detected during execution.

Prepare daily monitoring reports, works reports, and photographic records of the works performed.

Collaborate with the technical assistance and works management team in supervision and control tasks.

We are looking to hire a CIVIL AND RAILWAY WORKS WATCHMAN to join our Works Supervision team in Madrid, participating in the monitoring and control of civil and railway infrastructure projects.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in surveillance, supervision, or control of works, performing monitoring of works in the field.

Technical training, Vocational Training, or a university degree related to the functions of the position.

Availability to work in person in Madrid.

Previous experience in railway works and transport infrastructure projects will be positively valued.
