We are looking to hire a Java Backend Developer with approximately 5-6 years of experience in enterprise application development and microservices-based architectures.

The person will join a development team, participating autonomously in the design, implementation, testing, and evolution of backend solutions, applying development best practices and software architecture principles.

We are looking for a person with consolidated experience in Java backend development, with the ability to work autonomously and take technical responsibility for their developments from definition through to testing and production deployment.

We especially value profiles with experience in microservices environments and modern architectures, an orientation toward code quality, testing best practices, and the ability to operate in projects involving integrations and distributed systems.

• Development and maintenance of backend applications with Java.
• Design and development of solutions based on microservices.
• Participation in the technical definition and evolution of solutions.
• Development following SOLID, DDD, and Hexagonal Architecture principles.
• Development and maintenance of processes and services using technologies from the Spring ecosystem.
• Implementation of integrations with APIs and external systems.
• Development of event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Creation and maintenance of unit and integration tests.
• Participation in continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Analysis and resolution of incidents, log review, and evolutionary maintenance of applications.
• Collaboration with the rest of the team following code quality best practices.
