🚀 Functional Project Manager - Insurance Sector

We are looking for a Functional Project Manager with solid experience in the insurance sector, who knows business processes and has experience managing projects and services related to insurance core platforms.

We want to bring on board a person with a functional vision, management capacity, and customer orientation, who can act as a link between business and technology, leading the evolution of insurance solutions and coordinating the teams involved.

We are looking for a person who combines functional knowledge of the insurance business and project management capacity.

Someone who understands how an insurer's products and processes work, can speak directly with the business, coordinate technical teams, and ensure that solutions are delivered with quality and within established commitments.

We are not just looking for a monitoring or reporting profile, but someone with the capacity to manage, make decisions, and lead the functional evolution of projects.

• Manage functional projects and services related to insurance core platforms.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
• Coordinate technical and functional teams, ensuring the achievement of project objectives.
• Plan and monitor evolutions, incidents, and improvements.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, users, and stakeholders.
• Supervise planning, costs, risks, and the quality of deliveries.
• Participate in the definition and validation of solutions together with the development teams.
