🚀 Senior Business Analyst - Swaps | Banking Sector

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) to join a strategic investment banking project within the financial markets area.

The selected person will participate in the evolution of an electronic interest rate derivatives trading platform, with international scope in Latin America, mainly Mexico, Brazil, and Chile.

We are looking for a profile with deep knowledge of financial products, especially Swaps, who has worked directly with Front Office teams and is capable of acting as a link between traders, business, and technology.

• Gather, analyze, and define functional requirements directly with traders and Front Office teams.
• Participate in the evolution of electronic Interest Rate Swaps trading platforms.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for the development teams.
• Develop use cases, functional documentation, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate in the planning and prioritization of the project backlog and roadmap.
• Participate in meetings and workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Ensure that the developed solutions respond to user needs.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a functional reference in Swap products and trading processes.
• Provide functional support to Front Office support teams when necessary.
• Coordinate with international teams, especially from the LATAM region.
