Caser Servicios wants to incorporate a Sociocultural Animation Technician into its team within the Caser Residencial business for our Santa Hortensia care center in Madrid.
Reporting directly to the Care Manager, your mission will be the design and implementation of educational, cultural, and recreational activities within the residential environment.
What you'll do
Their main responsibilities include:
- To know, propose, and make operational the cultural intervention processes in their management and educational aspects.
- To establish relationships between the cultural and educational spheres and social and economic processes.
- To ensure that the user expresses their leisure preferences and priorities, developing collective or individual programs that allow these to be respected and executed for their well-being and comfort.
- Coordination with professionals of various qualifications when designing and implementing cultural intervention strategies.
