What we're looking for

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
Previous experience in coordinating or supervising teams.
Knowledge and experience in the maintenance of facilities and equipment (plumbing, HVAC, fire protection systems, electricity, industrial kitchen and laundry machinery, carpentry, masonry, etc.)

What you'll get

Initial temporary contract (6 months) with the possibility of continuity.
Full-time, Monday to Friday from 09:00-18:00h, with 1h for lunch. On-call duties during weekends and holidays.

Therefore, we are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician at our Príncipe de Vergara center who will contribute to the good condition and conservation of the facilities, guaranteeing safe, pleasant, and well-kept spaces for our residents.

Ensure the proper functioning, preservation, and safety of the center's facilities, supervising and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance to provide a safe, comfortable, and high-quality environment for residents and families.

What you'll do

Coordinate and organize the center's maintenance team, monitoring tasks and incidents.
Supervise the proper condition and operation of facilities and equipment.
Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with the maintenance team in the general upkeep of the facilities.
Manage the materials and resources necessary for the maintenance of the center.
Prepare surfaces, apply treatments, and select appropriate materials according to the type of work.
Perform painting, touch-up, and finishing work in the interior and exterior of the center.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention in all interventions.
