Facilities Maintenance Technician (Cinemas)

We are looking for a Junior profile, where attitude and problem-solving ability will be especially valued above a long career history:

-Education (Essential): Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity.

-Experience: Junior profile, providing between 1 and 2 years of previous experience in facilities maintenance.

-Soft Skills (Attitude): We need a person who is approachable, with their own initiative, capable of working alone with high autonomy, and with a great desire to learn.

-Mobility: Having your own car is essential (necessary to be able to travel quickly to the center in case an emergency arises on the weekend).

-Availability: It is essential to have availability to work some weekends if there is an emergency, although the schedule is Monday to Friday. Based on emergencies in recent years, this accounts for only 15% of the entire year.

-Stability: Permanent contract from day one.

-Base Salary: 24,000 gross euros per year.

-Regular Schedule: Intensive morning shift, Monday to Friday, from 7:00–8:00 / 14:10–15:10 h.

-Emergency Compensation: Availability to attend to occasional emergencies is necessary. If you have to go in on a Saturday or a Sunday to repair a breakdown (approximately 15% of the year), those hours will be compensated with time off later.

Vacation: You will enjoy 34 days of annual vacation!

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work with a high degree of autonomy, reporting to and maintaining frequent contact with the Maintenance Manager. Your main tasks will be:

-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the different theaters, forums, and general spaces of the cinema.

-Management and recording of work orders through the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

-Act in an agile and resourceful manner regarding possible daily technical incidents in the facilities.

-Attend to and repair urgent breakdowns that may arise outside of regular hours to avoid stopping the cinema's operations.
