Requirements

Nice to have

Preferably, a Technical Degree in Sociocultural Animation.
Desirable at least six months of experience in a similar position.
Additional training in Geriatrics is valuable.
Desirable at least one year of previous experience in the geriatric field and knowledge about the user profile of residences.

What you'll get

6-month temporary contract, with the option of continuity.
Full-time, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30h to 19:00h and Friday from 9:30h to 15:00h.

The role

For this reason, we are looking to hire a Sociocultural Animation Technician at our Ballesol Serrería center.

Promote through educational and recreational activities the integral development of the resident individuals to stimulate their well-being and health.

What you'll do

Develop and execute the various animation techniques that involve users in their free time and promote their integration and group development.
Motivate residents about the importance of their participation to achieve their integration and positive relationship with the center.
Access information sources and procedures to obtain the necessary resources and implement cultural processes.
Communicate to your immediate supervisor any incidents or anomalies observed in the performance of your duties.
Implementation of specific animation programs and projects.
