What will you do?

The waiter/waitress carries out, in a skilled, responsible and autonomous manner, the tasks related to serving and selling food and beverages. He/she prepares the work areas for service, directly attends to the customer in the dining room, at the bar or at events, and ensures the proper development of service, complying with the established quality and service standards.

Main duties:
Operational support in the restaurant, assisting with organization and service.

Participation in closing the cash register and monitoring payments at the end of the shift.

Providing service in the establishment's different restaurants, according to operational needs.

Taking on duties assigned by the section head, being assigned the establishment's main points of sale.

Direct customer service and advice on the products offered.

Mandatory knowledge of and communication to the customer of allergens and intolerances affecting the composition of dishes and drinks.

Monitoring and replenishing materials, utensils and beverages.

Coordinating with auxiliary staff and collaborating with the dining room supervisor or section head.

- Desired education: Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate in Hospitality.
- Experience: minimum 2 years in a similar position.
- Languages: intermediate to advanced English. A test will be given.
- Knowledge of the following will be valued: mixology, catering, hospitality.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Customer orientation.

El camarero ejecuta de manera cualificada, autónoma y responsable las tareas relacionadas con el servicio y la venta de alimentos y bebidas. -Formación deseada: Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería.
- Experiencia: mínima 2 años en puesto similar.
- Idiomas: Inglés medio - alto. Se hará prueba.
- Se valorarán conocimientos en: coctelería, restauración, hostelería.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Orientación al cliente.
