📌 About the Position
We are looking to hire a Hotel Waiter/Waitress Assistant to join our team in Madrid. This role will be key to ensuring our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience. If you are a proactive person, customer-oriented and motivated by challenges, we want to meet you.

📝 Main Responsibilities

• Assisting the waiters in serving customers in the hotel's bars and terraces.

• Preparing and setting up tables, ensuring everything is in optimal condition.

• Keeping the work area clean and tidy at all times.

• Providing customer service with kindness and professionalism.

• Collaborating with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth service.

• Providing personalized attention to guests, ensuring an exceptional experience.

• Resolving incidents or guest requests efficiently and proactively.

🔑 Position Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.

• Good tray handling skills.

• Technical training and/or Tourism studies.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer orientation.

• English proficiency.

• Food handling certificate.

• Previous experience in international hotel chains.

• Additional certifications in hospitality.

📌 Sobre el Puesto
Buscamos incorporar un/a Ayudante de Camarero/a Hotel para formar parte de nuestro equipo en Madrid. Este rol será clave para garantizar que nuestros estándares de calidad y servicio sigan marcando la diferencia en la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes. Si eres una persona proactiva, con orientación al cliente y motivada por los retos, queremos conocerte.

📝 Responsabilidades Principales

• Asistir a los camareros en el servicio a los clientes en bares y terrazas del hotel.

• Preparar y montar mesas, asegurándose de que todo esté en condiciones óptimas.

• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada en todo momento.

• Proporcionar atención al cliente con amabilidad y profesionalismo.

• Colaborar con el equipo de cocina y otros departamentos para garantizar un servicio fluido

• Brindar atención personalizada a los huéspedes, asegurando una experiencia excepcional.

• Resolver incidencias o solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera proactiva y eficiente.

🔑 Requisitos del Puesto

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en puesto similar.

• Buen manejo de bandeja.

• Formación técnica y/o Turismo.

• Habilidades interpersonales destacadas y orientación al cliente.

• Dominio de inglés.

• Certificado manipulación de alimentos.

• Experiencia previa en cadenas hoteleras internacionales.

• Certificaciones adicionales en hostelería.
