What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a higher academic qualification.
Advanced spoken and written English (B2 level).
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office. Knowledge of Tax Agency applications is desirable.
Previous experience in customs management is desirable; experience in Logistics/Supply Chain will be considered an advantage.
Specific knowledge of foreign trade will be valued.
Ability to work in a team, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail. The position requires a high degree of reliability and accuracy in task execution, with no errors.

The role

What you'll do

Handling operational customs and foreign trade activities in accordance with established rules, procedures, and centrally defined functional guidelines.
Maintaining official records relating to excise duties, customs warehouses, and relevant EMCS flows in compliance with national legislation and centrally defined functional guidelines.
Monitoring customs procedures for SITE import and export flows.
Coordinating customs clearance for the import and export of products and materials bought from or sold to third countries.
Processing and filing export proof requests submitted by the authorities to justify the non-application of VAT.
Preparing and maintaining customs documentation, including customs warehouses, tariff classifications, and export and import costs, in accordance with the agreed terms.
Supporting audits and inspections, where applicable.
