Therefore, we are looking to hire a Controller who, reporting to the Financial Management, will actively participate in the company's economic-financial control, with a special focus on cost, margin, and production process analysis.

This is a position designed for a person with an analytical profile who wants to take on responsibility, understand the business in depth, and contribute to the continuous improvement of profitability.

You will be part of the financial area, collaborating closely with different departments to ensure control and monitoring of the business from an economic perspective.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and monitoring of periodic financial reporting

• Variance analysis and support in budget control

• Industrial cost control and margin analysis

• Preparation and review of product cost structures (BOMs)

• Cost monitoring across the entire value chain

• Identification of inefficiencies and proposal of improvements

• Collaboration in accounting closing and results analysis

• Development and improvement of control and reporting tools

• You are an analytical, rigorous person with an interest in understanding the business in depth, capable of working with data and turning it into useful information for decision-making.

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• You have previous experience in controlling, auditing, or financial analysis positions

• Advanced level of Excel and analysis tools

• An advanced level of English is required

• Previous experience in audit/consulting firms (Big Four) will be highly valued

• Experience in an industrial environment will be valued

Nuestro crecimiento se apoya en una gestión financiera rigurosa y orientada a la toma de decisiones. El área financiera juega un papel clave en la eficiencia del negocio, aportando visión analítica y control sobre toda la cadena de valor.

Por ello, buscamos incorporar un/a Controller que, en dependencia de la Dirección Financiera, participe activamente en el control económico-financiero de la compañía, con especial foco en el análisis de costes, márgenes y procesos productivos.

Se trata de una posición pensada para una persona con perfil analítico que quiera asumir responsabilidad, entender el negocio en profundidad y contribuir a la mejora continua de la rentabilidad.

Formarás parte del área financiera, colaborando estrechamente con distintos departamentos para asegurar el control y seguimiento del negocio desde una perspectiva económica.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

• Elaboración y seguimiento del reporting financiero periódico

• Análisis de desviaciones y apoyo en el control presupuestario

• Control de costes industriales y análisis de márgenes

• Elaboración y revisión de escandallos de producto

• Seguimiento de costes a lo largo de toda la cadena de valor

• Identificación de ineficiencias y propuestas de mejora

• Colaboración en el cierre contable y análisis de resultados

• Desarrollo y mejora de herramientas de control y reporting

Encajarás si...

• Eres una persona analítica, rigurosa y con interés por comprender el negocio en profundidad, capaz de trabajar con datos y trasladarlos a información útil para la toma de decisiones.

• Posees formación en ADE, Economía o similar

• Experiencia previa en posiciones de controlling, auditoría o análisis financiero

• Nivel alto de Excel y herramientas de análisis

• Se requiere nivel alto de inglés

• Se valorará especialmente experiencia previa en firmas de auditoría/consultoría (Big Four)

• Se valorará experiencia en entorno industrial

• Incorporación a una compañía consolidada con presencia internacional

• Posición con impacto directo en la toma de decisiones del negocio
