About the role

Fagor Ederlan, part of the MONDRAGON Corporation, is looking to hire a Head of Technical Secretariat for Management and Corporate Communications who will report directly to the CEO of Ederlan Taldea. The selected candidate will play a key role in three areas: primarily, providing technical support to the Management Committee. They will also be responsible for the group's regulatory and ethical compliance, as well as the Corporate Communications strategy.

What you'll do

You will ensure Fagor Ederlan complies with current legislation and its ethical principles, lead the group's internal and external corporate communications strategy, and provide technical and management support to the Management Committee of Ederlan Taldea and the Boards of Directors of its subsidiaries.

Management Committee

- You will participate in the Management Committee of the Ederlan Group and other governing bodies linked to Group Management, providing day-to-day technical and management support, monitoring the implementation of agreements, and taking responsibility for preparing the documentation for the Business Plan and the Management Plan.

- You will analyze and interpret business and head-office information, preparing reports for the CEO of the Ederlan Group and the Vice President of the CHP Division.
