Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will play a key role in both financial management and operational performance of the business. This is a highly "hands-on" position, with strong involvement in day-to-day operations and close collaboration with operational teams, actively participating in strategic decision-making.

• Define and execute the overall financial strategy, ensuring rigor, control, and support for commercial, operational, and corporate growth.
• Lead the full finance function (FP&A, reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, and systems), ensuring excellence, regulatory compliance, and organizational discipline.
• Design and implement scalable processes, policies, and systems that enable national and international growth.
• Lead the budgeting process with a cross-functional approach, integrating operational, commercial, and corporate areas.
• Evaluate investments, strategic initiatives, and expansion opportunities through advanced analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of ERP and BI tools, strengthening performance visibility and business analytics.
• Lead and develop a high-level finance team capable of keeping pace with the company's growth.
• Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
• Contribute to international expansion by identifying opportunities and optimizing the financial structure to ensure operational scalability.

Finance professional with a business-oriented mindset, accustomed to working in dynamic and evolving environments:

• Between 8 and 15 years of experience in finance roles
• Previous experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Senior Controller with high exposure to business operations
• Experience in sectors such as: events, leisure, hospitality, retail, or high-growth environments will be particularly valued
• Strong understanding of complex, multi-unit operating models
• "Hands-on" mindset with the ability to adapt to unstructured environments
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and treasury
• High autonomy, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach
• Advanced level of English (other languages will be a plus)
