· You bring at least five years of consolidated experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or a similar position.

· You have worked with Windows and Windows Server operating systems.

· You have experience administering Active Directory, users, groups, permissions, policies, and Microsoft 365 environments.

· You have knowledge of installing, configuring, and maintaining physical and virtual servers.

· You have worked with virtualization technologies such as VMware or other equivalent solutions.

· You can configure and diagnose networks, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and communications systems.

· You have experience installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, operating systems, and applications.

· You can autonomously resolve incidents related to servers, networks, equipment, applications, connectivity, printers, and peripherals.

· You are accustomed to working with technology vendors and external services.

· You can interpret technical documentation in English.

We are looking to bring on board a Senior IT Systems and Infrastructure Technician with experience, capable of working autonomously in systems administration, incident resolution, and the implementation of new technological solutions.

You will contribute to the proper operation, maintenance, and evolution of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, and continuity of systems.

You will work alongside the rest of the technical team in the administration of corporate systems, incident resolution, the implementation of new solutions, and the improvement of the technological environments of the different sites.

· You will participate in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and deployment of new IT systems and solutions.

· You will administer physical and virtual servers, primarily in Windows Server environments.

· You will work with virtualization environments, participating in the deployment and management of virtual machines.

· You will manage users, groups, permissions, access, and policies in hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.

· You will carry out installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks for networks, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Internet connections, and communications systems.

· You will handle and resolve incidents related to infrastructure, equipment, applications, communications, and cybersecurity, both in person and by phone or remote connection.

· You will prepare and set up new workstations, configuring computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.

· You will participate in the administration and maintenance of SQL Server databases and other corporate systems.

· You will manage and monitor backup systems, collaborating on prevention and recovery in the event of potential incidents.

· You will analyze problems to identify their root cause and provide a solution, relying on the internal team or coordinating with external specialists when necessary.

· You will coordinate actions with technology vendors and specialized services.

· You will document configurations, interventions, and procedures, contributing to improving the area's knowledge management.

· You will collaborate on projects involving technology renewal, system standardization, cloud infrastructure, industrial digitalization, and cybersecurity.
