Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

What will your mission be?

You will lead the company's financial and economic strategy to ensure its financial stability and support sustainable business growth, providing key information for decision-making and ensuring efficient management of treasury, financing, management control, and administration.

· You will lead comprehensive treasury management and prepare short, medium, and long-term financial forecasts.

· You will manage relationships with financial institutions, insurance companies, and other financial entities.

· You will negotiate and manage financing lines, guarantees, warranties, and financial instruments.

· You will define and implement the financial strategy together with Senior Management and the Board of Directors.

· You will prepare budgets, financial plans, and economic forecasts.

· You will oversee accounting, monthly closings, annual accounts, and audits.

· You will ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and commercial obligations.

· You will coordinate the financial management of international subsidiaries when required by the group's activity.

· You will implement economic-financial control tools, management dashboards, and performance indicators.

· You will analyze budget variances and propose improvement actions.

· You will supervise the economic monitoring of projects and optimize working capital.

· You will participate in contract negotiations, analyzing payment milestones, guarantees, warranties, and financial risks.

· You will collaborate closely with the Project, Commercial, and Operations areas to maximize profitability and cash generation.

· You will prepare economic-financial information for Senior Management and the Board of Directors.

· You will participate in defining the business strategy and provide support in corporate operations.

You will fit this position if...

· You have a university degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or a related field.

· You have proven experience in Financial Management.

· You have developed your career in engineering, construction companies, or companies with international projects.

· You have experience in treasury, banking negotiations, financing, guarantees, and financial structuring.

· You have a strong command of management control, financial reporting, and the preparation of management dashboards.

· You have a high level of English and proficiency in Excel.

· You combine strategic vision with execution capability.

· You stand out for your analytical skills, judgment, negotiation abilities, and results orientation.

· You are involved in the business, anticipate risks, and enjoy working collaboratively.

· You are familiar with ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central being especially valued.

· You will join a company in full expansion nationally and internationally, with projects of great technical complexity and high impact.

· You will be part of the Executive Committee, actively participating in defining the company's strategy.

· You will work very closely with Senior Management and the Board of Directors.

ONDDI desarrolla íntegramente sus proyectos, acompañando al cliente desde la ingeniería y el diseño hasta la gestión de la fabricación, el suministro y el montaje final en obra. ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Liderarás la estrategia económico-financiera de la compañía para garantizar su estabilidad financiera y acompañar el crecimiento sostenible del negocio, aportando información clave para la toma de decisiones y asegurando una gestión eficiente de la tesorería, la financiación, el control de gestión y la administración.

· Liderarás la gestión integral de la tesorería y elaborarás previsiones financieras a corto, medio y largo plazo.

· Gestionarás la relación con entidades financieras, compañías aseguradoras y otros organismos financieros.

· Negociarás y gestionarás líneas de financiación, avales, garantías e instrumentos financieros.

· Definirás e implantarás la estrategia financiera junto con la Dirección General y el Consejo de Administración.

· Elaborarás presupuestos, planes financieros y previsiones económicas.

· Supervisarás la contabilidad, los cierres mensuales, las cuentas anuales y las auditorías.

· Garantizarás el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales, contables y mercantiles.

· Coordinarás la gestión financiera de las filiales internacionales cuando la actividad del grupo lo requiera.

· Implantarás herramientas de control económico-financiero, cuadros de mando e indicadores de gestión.

· Analizarás desviaciones presupuestarias y propondrás acciones de mejora.

· Supervisarás el seguimiento económico de los proyectos y optimizarás el capital circulante.

· Participarás en la negociación de contratos, analizando hitos de pago, avales, garantías y riesgos financieros.

· Colaborarás estrechamente con las áreas de Proyecto, Comercial y Operaciones para maximizar la rentabilidad y la generación de caja.

· Prepararás la información económico-financiera para la Dirección General y el Consejo de Administración.

· Participarás en la definición de la estrategia empresarial y darás soporte en operaciones corporativas.

Encajarás en esta posición si...

· Aportas formación universitaria en ADE, Economía o similar.

· Cuentas con una experiencia consolidada en Dirección Financiera.

· Has desarrollado tu trayectoria en empresas de ingeniería, construcción o con proyectos internacionales.

· Tienes experiencia en tesorería, negociación bancaria, financiación, avales y estructuración financiera.

· Dominas el control de gestión, el reporting financiero y la elaboración de cuadros de mando.

· Tienes un nivel alto de Excel e inglés.

· Combinas visión estratégica con capacidad de ejecución.

· Destacas por tu capacidad analítica, criterio, negociación y orientación a resultados.

· Te implicas en el negocio, anticipas riesgos y disfrutas trabajando de forma colaborativa.

· Estás habituado/a a trabajar con ERPs, valorándose especialmente Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

· Te incorporarás a una empresa en plena expansión nacional e internacional, con proyectos de gran complejidad técnica y alto impacto.

· Formarás parte del Comité de Dirección, participando activamente en la definición de la estrategia de la compañía.

· Trabajarás de forma muy cercana a la Dirección General y al Consejo de Administración.
