The role

We are looking for a Financial Manager to lead the financial area of the production plant located in Bajo Deba. They will be responsible for financial controlling and strategic initiatives aimed at profitability and cost optimization.

International Plant Controller with experience in an industrial environment (m/f)
Recognized international group in the industrial sector

What you'll do

Preparation and monitoring of forecasting and budgeting
Monthly reporting of plant results (P&L, balance sheet, and key indicators)
Execution and closing of controlling activities, ensuring cost control, analyzing variances and optimization measures
Definition and monitoring of operational and financial KPIs
Close collaboration with other departments, providing economic-financial analysis to support strategic decisions for the industrial business
Responsible for the plant's financial reporting
Identifying errors, deviations, and opportunities for improvement

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

At least 10 years of experience as a financial controller or financial manager, preferably in an industrial environment
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence
Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of SAP is valued
