Project Manager

We are looking to hire a Project Manager to take on integral project management, participating in all phases and acting as a key point of contact between the client and the various internal teams.

The position offers the opportunity to join a growing engineering firm, with national and international projects and a dynamic work environment, where decision-making ability, results orientation, and team management play a key role.

You will be responsible for leading projects from launch to closure, ensuring that the defined objectives are met in terms of deadlines, quality, costs, and results.

You will work transversally with different areas of the organization and will have a direct relationship with clients during the execution of the projects.

· You will direct the Project from the launch to the closure of the works.

· You will analyze the contract to understand the obligations and rights of each party.

· You will maintain continuous communication with the client throughout the complete execution of the Project.

· You will coordinate the Project team in all phases: Engineering, Design, Purchasing, Production, and Assembly.

· You will achieve the correct execution of the Project in terms of quality, productivity, and defined deadlines, ensuring the availability and efficiency of resources.

· You will perform the monitoring and control of the Schedule, prioritizing reaction to unforeseen events and managing the proper progress of the Project.

· You will perform the economic monitoring of the works and assume economic and contractual responsibility, including the identification and management of contractual risks and deviations, as well as taking the necessary actions to guarantee budget compliance and the achievement of the defined gross margin.

· You will manage incidents and modifications, offer solutions to the client, and negotiate possible extra costs.

You will fit this position if you have...

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical training. Having an MBA, Master's in Finance, Project Management, or equivalent management training will be especially valued.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in international environments.

· Previous experience in industrial and/or construction environments.

· Proficiency in office tools and experience with MS Project.

· Experience working with ERP systems.

· High level of English. Knowledge of other languages will be valued.

· Experience in team management, analytical and negotiation skills, and orientation towards results and continuous improvement.

· It is important to have transversal leadership and the capacity for coordination and influence over multidisciplinary teams.

· Availability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
