Requirements

What we're looking for

• Technical training in mechanics, electronics, or mechatronics.

• Knowledge in blueprint reading.

• Proactive, organized person oriented toward growth.

• Experience in 3D design, especially with SolidEdge, will be valued.

Languages

The role

Are you a proactive, organized person with a passion for engineering projects?

This is your opportunity to join EHAFF, a professional company with a great working environment located in Elorrio (Bizkaia), specializing in high-level technological solutions! We are looking for talent that wants to grow professionally and personally while helping our company reach new horizons.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize the after-sales area, offering solutions to customers in spare parts management and maintenance plans.

• You will be in continuous contact with (international) suppliers to maintain good stock control in order to provide a rapid response to both corrective and preventive needs of the fleet of machines installed at customers.

• You will be in direct contact with customers who have EHAFF machines installed, to ensure their proper functioning.

• You will collaborate with the technical office and maintenance team to guarantee maximum quality and efficiency in our services.
